If I’m being honest it didn’t even come to the right address I would of left a review earlier because I thought there was just a mistake and might of shut but no I genuinely didn’t receive my food or my money back so will not be ordering again.

In my opinion the best takeaway in Stockton for parmos, pizzas etc, I've used Chilli Pepper for a good few years now and always happy with what I order...

Rubbish service, ordered at 18.55 and took 2 hours to deliver. It was a small order. Rang to find out where it was and took another 30 minutes to arrive. I believe they missed my order. When it arrived it wasn't very nice.

We usually love this takeaway but last night was an absolute disgrace. The food arrived almost 2 hours later - after being given just over an hour estimated wait time. When I rang to call and ask politely if the food would be much longer the man on the end of the phone was extremely rude and hung the phone up on me. He said it would be a further 10 mins (no sorry). It eventually arrived 25 minutes later, freezing cold. To top it off, the delivery man turned up at the door, didn’t apologise for the wait and asked for extra money than what our total was - he asked for a £1 more. We didn’t give him it but this is very disappointing and dishonest. Terrible service.

This is our local we always go we have never had any issues. Food is always top quality, kebab meat is a hit and miss sometimes but still eatable (isnt cut properly) always get our orders correct. driver is always lovely and always happy too! Thank you!
